The Freewell NEO 2 "Everyday" magnetic filter set is a three-piece kit designed for DJI Neo 2 users who need quick, tool-free filter changes and protection for the camera lens. The set contains UV, CPL and Glow Mist 1/4 filters that address common shooting conditions: UV for lens protection and clearer images in bright environments, CPL for reducing reflections and improving contrast, and Glow Mist 1/4 for adding a soft glow to night or atmospheric scenes.

Advantages

Magnetic mounting provides fast attachment and interchange after a single adhesive ring is installed on the drone lens. Each filter is ultralight (approximately 1.1–1.2 g) to avoid affecting gimbal balance. Filters include protective coatings—oleophobic, anti-reflective and scratch-resistant—to extend service life, and the set is supplied with a hard case and cleaning cloth for safe transport and maintenance.

How to use

Clean the lens surface with the supplied cloth before attaching the adhesive magnetic ring. Install the ring on the DJI Neo 2 lens according to the ring instructions, then magnetically attach the desired filter. Swap filters by pulling the magnetic filter off and aligning the next filter—no tools required. After shooting, store filters in the hard case to protect coatings and optical surfaces.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the adhesive ring and filter mating surfaces free of dust and moisture; avoid forcing filters at an angle when attaching to prevent smudges or scratches. Use UV for general protection, CPL outdoors to reduce glare and enhance color saturation, and Glow Mist 1/4 when a softer, cinematic glow is desired.
