How to use

Place the product to be vacuum-sealed inside a suitable bag or attach a compatible canister hose. Close the lid and engage the self-locking mechanism. Select the appropriate cycle: full automatic for routine sealing, manual with instant sealing for fragile or crispy items, or the canister/marinating cycle when using canisters such as the ACO 1073. For bags made from rolls, use the dedicated cycle. Monitor the analog vacuum gauge during the cycle if precise vacuum information is required. After completion, release the lid and remove the sealed items. Clean the removable lid and detachable liquid tray as needed.

Recommendations

For best results with moist or very moist foods, choose the corresponding sealing-time setting to prevent incomplete seals or liquid ingress. When marinating, follow canister instructions and do not exceed the recommended marinating time (the Quick Vacuum Marinating cycle is approximately 12 minutes with the ACO 1073 canister).
