Magic Wand Processor ESGE Unold

How to use

Attach the processor to the ESGE Zauberstab® hand blender according to the blender manufacturer’s instructions. Add the dry ingredients in small batches — for very small amounts use the powder disc provided. Operate the hand blender briefly in pulses until the desired consistency is reached. Check the contents through the transparent lid and adjust processing time to obtain finer or coarser texture. Remove the blade assembly for cleaning after use.

Recommendations

Process small, dry ingredients in short pulses to avoid overheating and to preserve aroma. For nut butters, run longer until a smooth paste forms; for bread crumbs or coarser grains, use shorter pulses.
