In daily use

Place the outdoor unit at your gate or entrance and keep the indoor handset in its charging base anywhere indoors. When a visitor presses the call button, the handset rings with your chosen melody and you can speak hands-free or pick up the handset. The illuminated display shows status information, and with the door opener function you can grant access remotely. The outdoor unit runs on three C batteries (not included) or an optional 8–12V AC/DC power supply, while the handset uses a rechargeable NiMH battery pack that charges automatically in the base.
