We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

The Lian Li UNI FAN P28 is a performance-oriented 120 mm fan engineered to provide strong airflow and static pressure while keeping noise at an optimized level. With a 28 mm thick frame and a rotational speed range of 300–2600 RPM, this fan is suitable for both air-cooling and water-cooling configurations. The triple pack includes a magnetic fan speed controller and an interlocking system that allows connecting up to six fans in two clusters to a single controller for simplified cable management.

Advantages

The 28 mm thick frame increases airflow and static pressure compared with standard 25 mm fans, and indented screw holes support installation with 25 mm fan screws. Fan blades are molded from liquid-crystal polymer (LCP) to reduce vibration and ensure stable operation at high speeds. How to use

Mount the UNI FAN P28 to your case, radiator, or heatsink using the indented screw holes compatible with 25 mm fan screws. Interlock fans together to form clusters and connect each cluster to the included magnetic fan speed controller. Attach the controller to a metal surface inside the case, connect the controller to power and to your fan headers as instructed by the manufacturer, then adjust fan speed as needed to balance cooling performance and noise.

For radiator use, position the UNI FAN P28 to push air through the fins and adjust fan speed to achieve the desired balance of thermal performance and acoustic level.
