Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Faster movement.
Closer to winning.
Rev up your gaming world with 180Hz speed. Ignite your gameplay with a QHD resolution, IPS wide viewing angles, and a jaw-dropping 180Hz refresh rate.

Upgraded speed.
New standard.
We have raised UltraGear's speed standard to 180Hz. You can enjoy ultra-clear and smooth images with a 180Hz refresh rate, which loads images 180 times in a second.

Sharp image
From any angle
Experience the vibrant visuals with a 1ms fast response time, which reduces reverse ghosting and input lag. In addition, the IPS panel allows you to enjoy these stunning images clearly from a wide angle (up to 178 degrees).

Feel true-to-life colour
This monitor supports a wide color gamut, sRGB 99% (Typ.), and VESA DisplayHDR™ 400, reproducing high-fidelity colors for gamers to see the dramatic colors the game developers intended regardless of the battlefield.

Technology for flawless gaming
Enjoy the perfect graphic with reduced tearing, stuttering, or jittering caused by differences in the hardware and software specification by synchronizing through NVIDIA® G-SYNC® Compatible, AMD FreeSync™.

Gamer-centric design
Enhance your gaming experience with a 3-side virtually borderless design for an immersive viewing. The adjustable base, which supports tilt, height, and pivot, helps you play games more comfortably.

Award winning gaming GUI
Gamers can use On-Screen Display and OnScreen Control to easily customize the setting from adjusting basic monitor options to registering ‘User Defined Key’ that user can set the shortcut.
