LevelOne FEP-1612 is a 16-port Fast Ethernet switch offering 10/100Mbps connectivity with IEEE 802.3at/af Power over Ethernet (PoE) on its PoE ports. How to use

Mount the FEP-1612 in a standard 19-inch rack or place it on a flat surface. Connect uplink and client devices using Cat5e or higher Ethernet cables; the ports support auto-MDI/MDIX so crossover and straight-through cables are interchangeable. Connect PoE-compatible devices directly to the PoE ports to provide both power and data. Ensure the total PoE budget is not exceeded by the connected powered devices and consult the device electrical specifications when planning deployments.
