Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The next-gen workstation has arrived
Engineered for ultimate productivity and versatility, the Lenovo ThinkStation P5 is the all-around industry workhorse for professionals that demand a scalable, future-proof workstation. Optimized for designers, engineers, and creatives alike, it can support a broad range of compute-intensive tasks with ease, including BIM, complex 3D CAD, VFX, and edge deployments.

Extraordinary performance, power, & speed
With its Aston Martin-inspired chassis design and advanced thermals, the ThinkStation P5 workstation is designed to achieve groundbreaking performance. Key features include the latest Intel® Xeon® W processors, delivering a breakthrough new compute architecture, and support for up to two optional NVIDIA® RTX™ graphics cards, offering unprecedented rendering and AI performance. The result? Enough punch for any workflow, even in mission-critical environments.

Tried, tested, & true
The ThinkStation P5 workstation has been proven to meet Lenovo's exacting reliability and durability standards, ensuring that your systems leverage maximum uptime. It also boasts an array of independent software vendor (ISV) certifications, so compute-intensive applications, such as Adobe® and PTC®, are tuned to run seamlessly on even the most complex of tasks.

See the complete list of ISV certifications.

A future-proof machine
With high-speed DDR5 memory and ultra-fast PCIe storage, the ThinkStation P5 workstation is designed to improve your productivity. It also has the convenience of front drive access, hot-swap storage, tool-less chassis access, and an array of high-performance configurations. As a result, you can enjoy the flexibility of customizing your P5 to tackle your workload needs of today, knowing you can easily upgrade for the ever-increasing datasets of tomorrow.

One less thing to worry about
The ThinkStation P5 comes with ThinkShield—a suite of essential hardware and software security solutions that work together to protect your workstation and data. Trusted Platform Module (TPM) encrypts your data, while ensuring that your machine has not been tampered with. There are also various programs to prevent unauthorized access to the BIOS—and even self-heal the BIOS should it become corrupted or is maliciously attacked.
