Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.
Pay on delivery – no extra fees

Workstation might, desktop price
Designed by engineers for engineers, the Lenovo ThinkStation P3 Tower offers all the workhorse capabilities of a workstation for the price of a desktop. Built for tasks that require superior power and performance, it's equipped with Intel® Core™ processors with Intel vPro®, and supports professional NVIDIA® discrete graphics.

Delivering power & performance
The ThinkStation P3 Tower’s chassis has an advanced thermal design to promote extra power and performance, without overheating. It also comes with a choice of operating systems, including Windows 11 Pro and Linux®. In short, the P3 gives you the compute power to execute your visions, time and time again.

Configure it any which way
With three onboard DisplayPorts, plus the ability to configure up to eight more, the ThinkStation P3 Tower can support up to 12 independent displays. It also comes with a choice of operating systems, including Windows 11 Pro and Red Hat® Enterprise Linux®. And with heaps of speedy memory and SSD storage, plus five open PCIe slots, this workstation can be configured to tackle your most exacting workflows. It also comes with a USB mouse and keyboard.

Mission-critical performance, made easy
At the heart of every Lenovo ThinkStation is reliability. Proven to run in extreme conditions, the ThinkStation P3 Tower also boasts an array of independent software vendor (ISV) certifications. It's the perfect workstation for designers, engineers, and students looking for versatility, flexibility, and breakthrough performance to breeze through heavy workloads.

See the complete list of ISV certifications.

Security you can count on
The ThinkStation P3 Tower is protected with ThinkShield, a suite of hardware and software that work together to safeguard your workstation and data. This includes the discrete Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 to encrypt sensitive data, as well as various programs to prevent unauthorized access to the BIOS, plus self-healing software if the BIOS is corrupted or maliciously attacked. For extra peace of mind, it also supports Windows firmware updates.
