We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Place the mini PC on a desk, shelf or mount it under a desk using compatible accessories. Connect power, display(s), keyboard and mouse, and follow the on-screen Windows 11 Pro setup. Use the toolless access panels to upgrade or replace the SSD and memory modules when needed. For multi-display setups, connect up to three monitors using the available video outputs and configure display settings in Windows.
Keep the device on a stable, well-ventilated surface, apply regular Windows and driver updates, and use the Kensington Security Slot and AMD Memory Guard if deploying in shared or mobile environments to protect data and prevent theft.
