Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.
Pay on delivery – no extra fees

Features
Tackle to-do lists
The ThinkCentre M70s PC was designed to handle all of your business tasks with efficiency. Powerful 10th Gen Intel Core processors and fast DDR4 memory let you multitask with ease, handling anything from email to complex data operations. Further boost productivity with AMD Radeon 520 graphics.

Multiple storage options
Optional Intel Optane memory accelerates boot-up, searching, and opening files, and makes for a more responsive hard drive. M.2 solid-state drive (SSD) storage offers fast access, while 3D NAND technology gives your SSD more reliable performance and improved power consumption.

Security inside and out
Lenovo’s ThinkShield security solutions offer a combination of hardware and software working together to protect your system. The dTPM 2.0 chip encrypts your passwords and data, while BIOS-based Smart USB Protection prevents unauthorized access via peripheral. Physically secure the device itself with multiple features.

Ease of use, conveniently located
The compact M70s will be out of the way on top of your desk, but should you want to keep it underneath, you can turn it on from the keyboard. It supports up to three independent monitors, with plenty of ports to support other peripherals. Should you need to further configure your PC, its expansion slots make upgrades a snap.

Space-saving style
At a reduced 8.2L size, the M70s has an extra compact footprint, and is easy to deploy. Its Raven Black chassis has a clean, modern design that fits the evolving workspace. This PC will look great in any office, wherever you put it.

Green design, comfortable usage
The M70s meets multiple global sustainability standards, including Energy Star 8.0, EPEAT Silver, RoHS, and more. It’s also certified for low noise emission by TÜV Rheinland, so this PC is both eco- and employee-friendly.
