Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 5 is a compact 1L mini PC powered by up to 14th Gen Intel Core processors; this configuration features an Intel Core i5-14400T, 16 GB DDR5 memory, a 512 GB SSD and Intel UHD Graphics 730. Running Windows 11 Pro and weighing about 1.25 kg, the mini PC combines a small footprint with business-grade performance suitable for office and professional use.

Advantages

The M70q Gen 5 delivers responsive performance for everyday professional tasks thanks to DDR5 memory and a fast SSD, while Intel UHD Graphics 730 supports multi-display setups for enhanced multitasking. Wi‑Fi 6E and a range of ports (DisplayPort, HDMI, USB-C, USB-A) provide flexible connectivity. Its 1L chassis saves desk space without sacrificing processing power or storage capacity.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking
  • Software development and coding
  • Data analysis and spreadsheet work

Follow the on‑screen Windows 11 Pro setup to create user accounts and install required applications. For routine use, operate the device in a well‑ventilated area and keep the system and drivers up to date via Windows Update and Lenovo support resources.

Recommendations

For best performance in multi‑display or productivity scenarios, connect displays to the available video outputs and enable performance power mode in Windows when running demanding tasks.
