Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Lenovo Idea Tab 11" is an 11-inch Android 15 tablet featuring a 2560×1600 display driven by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It includes 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage with support for MicroSD expansion. The tablet offers Wi‑Fi 5 connectivity, an 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera, and comes in a grey finish. Its combination of a high-resolution display and a mid-range Dimensity chipset is aimed at everyday multitasking, media consumption and portable productivity.

Advantages

The high-resolution 2560×1600 screen provides clear text and detailed images for reading, video and browsing. The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor with 8 GB RAM supports smooth app switching and multimedia playback. A 256 GB internal storage capacity plus MicroSD support allows for large app libraries and additional media storage. Wi‑Fi 5 connectivity enables stable wireless access for streaming and remote work. The tablet’s compact 11-inch form factor and grey colour make it suitable for carrying in a bag or using at home and on the go.

Suitable for

7.8/10

“The Lenovo Idea Tab is a very affordable tablet that offers attractive equipment including an active pen for a price of less than $200. Other rarities in this price class include a 5G option for mobile Internet in combination with a high-quality metal…”

Pros
  • Pros + high-quality aluminum case + pen included + good equipment (3.5 mm audio port, storage expansion, etc.) + hardly any heat development + 5G option
Cons
  • slow WLAN - slow charging - display brightness could be higher - unclear update policy - speakers without bass - relatively small battery
