Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Lenovo 5M11A37962 bezel is a replacement front frame designed specifically for the ThinkPad T14 Gen 2. Finished in black to match the laptop's original appearance, this bezel provides precise alignment around the display and helps secure the screen assembly. It restores the exterior look and contributes to the structural stability of the display area after repair or part replacement.

Advantages

This bezel offers a factory-fit contour and consistent surface finish that aligns with the T14 Gen 2 display housing. Made to match the original in color and shape, it reduces gaps and light bleed around the screen edges. The part simplifies display reassembly and helps maintain the laptop’s original visual appearance and mechanical support for the display assembly.

Suitable for

  • Replacing a scratched, cracked or warped front bezel on a ThinkPad T14 Gen 2
  • Restoring the display frame after screen or hinge repair
  • Improving the aesthetic finish after disassembly and maintenance

Key specifications

  • Compatible model: ThinkPad T14 Gen 2
  • Part type: display front bezel / frame
  • Colour: black
  • Material: rigid plastic (factory-grade)
  • Fitment: OEM-style fit and mounting points for original display assembly

How to use

Power off the laptop and disconnect any power sources and batteries before beginning. Remove the existing bezel by carefully disengaging the retention clips and any adhesive points using appropriate plastic opening tools to avoid damaging the screen or casing. Align the replacement bezel with the display and press evenly along the edges until all clips engage. Reconnect any removed components and test the display function before completing reassembly.

Recommendations

Handle the bezel and screen with clean hands and work on a soft, static-free surface. Use non-metallic pry tools to avoid scratching the bezel or display. If you are not experienced with laptop disassembly, consider professional installation to ensure proper alignment and to avoid damage to the screen or mounting clips.
