We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

The ThinkPad USB 3.0 Ethernet (4X90E51405) adapter provides wired network connectivity for systems that lack an RJ-45 Ethernet port by using an available USB port. It offers Gigabit Ethernet performance over USB 3.0, falls back to 100/10 Mbps on USB 2.0, and on selected ThinkPad models supports booting from the LAN to load a remote image.

Advantages

How to use

Plug the adapter into an available USB port on the computer and connect a network cable to the RJ-45 port. On systems with USB 3.0, ensure the host port is USB 3.0 for Gigabit speeds; when connected to USB 2.0 ports the adapter will operate at 100/10 Mbps. Install drivers if required by the operating system or download them from the manufacturer support site. For network booting, enable LAN boot in the target ThinkPad’s BIOS/UEFI if the feature is supported.

Recommendations
