The Laserliner MultiWet-Finder Plus is an electronic material moisture measuring device for non-destructive location and evaluation of moisture distribution and moisture damage in walls, floors and ceilings. It combines surface moisture scanning with a climate sensor and digital interface to record ambient temperature, relative humidity and calculated dew point. The instrument displays numerical moisture index values, supports material-specific settings for cement screed, anhydrite screed and concrete, and allows transfer of measured data to a PC for documentation and reporting.

Recommendations

For reliable assessment, measure a reference point known to be dry before scanning damaged areas, set material type correctly, and document readings together with ambient climate parameters. Replace AAA batteries before extended use and transfer data to a PC for traceable reporting.
