The Laserliner MultiScanner Plus digital multi-detector locates ferrous and non-ferrous metals, live and dead wiring, and wall beams or joists in non-metallic drywall structures. It detects non-magnetic metals under stone, concrete, screed, wood, ceramic and mineral building materials to depths up to 10 centimetres and magnetic metals up to 12 centimetres. The device shows metal depth and indicates whether detected metal is magnetic or non-magnetic. Live wiring under plaster or wooden panelling can be found to depths of up to 2 centimetres. The instrument provides visual and acoustic signals and an LCD bar display to indicate the position of detected objects, and includes automatic and manual calibration and a permanent voltage warning. The unit powers off automatically after a short period of inactivity to save energy.

How to use
