How to use

Point the laser at the target surface and press the measurement button for a single reading or hold it to use continuous measurement. Use the unit switch to select metres, feet or inches. For area or volume measurements, follow the device prompts to record consecutive distances. For Pythagorean calculations, position the device as required and trigger the dedicated measurement function. The LCD displays results and remaining battery indication.

Recommendations

Avoid direct eye exposure to the laser. Use the meter within the specified operating temperature range and replace batteries with 2 × 1.5 V AAA cells. Allow self-calibration when prompted and store the device dry within the stated storage temperature. Do not expose the instrument to heavy water jets or prolonged immersion despite its IP54 dust and splash resistance.
