Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Unlock AI efficiency for superior computing prowess with the ThinkPad P14s Gen 5 mobile workstation. Driven by Intel® Core™ Ultra processor with an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU), this machine ensures peak performance on the go. While Intel vPro® boosts enterprise security, pro-grade NVIDIA RTX™ graphics simplify heavy workflows.

Beyond the Boundaries of Conventional Viewing

We’ve redefined the visual experience on the P14s Gen 5 workstation. Its 14.5” screen brightens every pixel for precise clarity. Each display option is antiglare treated and certified for low blue light to prevent eye fatigue. Plus, the Communication Bar atop the screen boasts a hi-res 5MP camera and superior mics for consistent audio-video calls.

Break Free, Stay Connected — Anywhere, Everywhere

Propel your productivity on the P14s Gen 5 Intel mobile workstation. Its ample ports, swift memory, and uninterrupted connectivity with advanced WiFi capabilities enable you to keep pace with your workflows. Perfect for power users, industrial engineers, and designers, it renders top-tier performance at an economical price.

Customizable, Controllable, Unstoppable

Our ThinkPad keyboard is redesigned for improved accessibility and greater control. Its enlarged TrackPad offers navigation precision, while the TrackPoint Quick Menu optimizes audio-visual settings with just a double tap. That's not all — its advanced cooling system with dual-fan setup and rear vents guarantee peak thermal performance everywhere.

Performance That Doesn’t Cost the Earth

Designed for reliable operation under heavy workloads, the P14s Gen 5 workstation boasts a number of independent software vendors (ISV) certified apps like AVID® and Autodesk®. It’s also energy-efficient and holds several environmental certifications. Plus, you’ll love that it’s built in part with recycled plastics and metals. See Tech Specs.*See the complete list of ISV certifications

Security at its Finest: Defend, Detect, Deter

ThinkShield, our advanced security suite of hardware and software solutions, safeguards your device with data encryption and biometrics. Additionally, AI-powered Intel® Threat Detection technology helps prevent ransomware, cryptojacking, and more. When it comes to security and protecting your assets, we’ve got you covered!

Tested Tough to Challenge the Extremes

We use the US Department of Defense's MIL-STD 810H to create a balance of reliability and durability for ThinkPad laptops. Meeting or exceeding 12 standards, 26 procedures, and 200+ quality checks ensure that the ThinkPad P14s Gen 5 (14” Intel) mobile workstation runs in extreme conditions, and withstands life’s trips and spills.

How to use

Start by completing the initial Windows 11 Pro setup and creating a user account. Install required drivers and system updates to ensure the NVIDIA GPU and other hardware operate correctly. Use the SSD for the operating system and frequently used applications, and store large project files on internal storage or an external drive as needed. For content creation or development, allocate sufficient virtual memory and adjust GPU-accelerated application settings to leverage the RTX500 capabilities. Regularly back up important data and use corporate management tools or built-in Windows security features to maintain system integrity.
