Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Lenovo ThinkPad P16s G4 AI 16.0" PRO is a mobile workstation designed for professional use. This configuration integrates a 16.0" WQUXGA touchscreen display with an AMD PRO 350 processor, 64 GB of RAM and 2 TB of internal storage. Equipped with an AMD Radeon GPU, the system supports graphically intensive workflows while maintaining the portability and durability expected from the ThinkPad family. The package includes three years of Premier Support and CO2 Offset for measured environmental impact.

Advantages

The combination of a high-resolution 16.0" WQUXGA touchscreen and an AMD PRO 350 processor provides a balanced mix of visual clarity and compute power for design, analysis and content creation. Large memory and high-capacity storage allow multiple professional applications and large datasets to run smoothly. The AMD Radeon graphics accelerate rendering, visualization and GPU-accelerated compute tasks. Lenovo Premier Support extends service coverage for business continuity while CO2 Offset addresses sustainability considerations.

Suitable for

  • CAD modelling and 3D visualization
  • Video editing and color grading
  • Data analysis and engineering simulations
  • Software development and virtual machines
  • Office productivity and remote work

Key specifications

  • Display: 16.0" WQUXGA touchscreen with high resolution and wide color support
  • Processor: AMD PRO class CPU optimized for workstation tasks
  • Memory: 64 GB RAM for multitasking and large datasets
  • Storage: 2 TB internal SSD for fast access and large file storage
  • Graphics: AMD Radeon discrete GPU for accelerated rendering and visualization
  • Support: 3 years of Premier Support service
  • Sustainability: CO2 Offset included
  • Form factor: Portable laptop with durable ThinkPad chassis

How to use

Start by configuring the operating system and security settings according to your organizational policies. Install professional applications such as CAD, video editing or statistical analysis software and allocate sufficient storage and memory resources within those applications. Use the touchscreen for intuitive interaction with graphical content and use the discrete AMD Radeon GPU to accelerate rendering or compute tasks. When working on large projects, rely on the 64 GB RAM and 2 TB SSD to reduce load times and enable smooth multitasking. Keep the system firmware and graphics drivers up to date for optimal performance and stability.

Recommendations

For sustained heavy workloads, connect the laptop to AC power and use active cooling or a well-ventilated workspace. Back up critical data regularly to external or cloud storage. For color-critical work, calibrate the display and verify color profiles in your applications. For enterprise deployments, register the device with Lenovo Premier Support to streamline service and maintenance.
