Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Lenovo ThinkPad P16s G4 16.0" AI 7 PRO 350 64GB 1TB is a mobile workstation designed to deliver high computational performance in a portable chassis. It features a 16.0" WQUXGA display and an AI 7 PRO 350 processor paired with 64GB of RAM and a 1TB solid-state drive. Built to meet professional workflows, the device combines a durable ThinkPad construction with enterprise-grade support and measures to offset carbon emissions.

Advantages

This laptop provides a balance of processing power and memory capacity suitable for complex applications and heavy multitasking. The high-resolution WQUXGA display offers increased screen real estate for detailed visual work. Solid-state storage ensures fast system responsiveness and shorter loading times for large files. Enterprise support options and sustainability features add practical value for business deployments and long-term use.

Suitable for

  • CAD modelling and engineering software
  • Graphic design and content creation
  • Data analysis and scientific computing
  • Multitasking with virtual machines and large datasets
  • Business users requiring reliable, service-backed hardware

Key specifications

  • Display: 16.0" WQUXGA (high-resolution panel for detailed work)
  • Processor: AI 7 PRO 350 (high-performance mobile CPU with AI capabilities)
  • Memory: 64GB RAM (large capacity for multitasking and demanding applications)

How to use

Set up the laptop on a stable surface, connect the power adapter and complete the initial operating system configuration. Install required professional applications such as CAD, 3D rendering, or data analysis tools, and allocate resources according to software recommendations. Use the high-resolution display for precise layout and modelling work, and store active projects on the internal SSD for best performance. For extended sessions, connect external displays or docking stations as needed to expand workspace.

Recommendations

For sustained performance in demanding workloads, ensure the device firmware and drivers are kept up to date, use active cooling or a ventilated stand if running prolonged CPU- or GPU-intensive tasks, and schedule regular backups of critical project files to external or cloud storage.
