Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.
Pay on delivery – no extra fees

AI Dedicated Processor With Power Efficiency.

With Intel® Core™ Ultra processors, the Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 6 laptop brings AI-assisted productivity to the forefront. Enjoy optimized performance with dedicated AI engines, including the low-power neural processing unit (NPU) that enables you to do much more on battery power. Multitask away, even when unplugged — turn on auto-framing, background blur, and low-light enhancement for your online meetings. Forget the usual constraints of running on battery and enjoy the extra push to power through anything that comes your way!

No Mouse Required
The ThinkPad E14 Gen 6 laptop features a large TrackPad for easy navigation. Or, you can navigate with the TrackPoint — either way, when you’re on the go you can leave your mouse behind. What’s more, with a double tap of the little red nub, the ThinkPad TrackPoint Quick Menu opens to optimize audio-visuals, set alerts against muting, and even take notes with the Dictation Toolbar for handy speech-to-text transcription. You can even customize the settings!

Sight & Sound Sensation
The ThinkPad E14 Gen 6 laptop is equipped with stunning display options, including a touchscreen and Eyesafe® certification for low blue light emissions. In addition, you’ll enjoy a sublime sound experience with the advanced Audio by Harman® and Dolby Atmos® whether you're listening to your favorite media or dialing into crystal-clear audio during conference calls. Keep your meetings in focus and your collaboration to a maximum.

ThinkPads: Tougher Than Your Monday Mornings
We use the US Department of Defense's MIL-STD 810H to create a balance of reliability and durability for all of our ThinkPad laptops. Meeting or exceeding 12 standards, 26 procedures, and 200+ quality checks ensure that these devices run in extreme conditions, including harsh variables like Arctic wilderness, desert dust storms, extreme temps, pressure, humidity, vibration, and more.

Eco-Friendly Packaging & Recycled Components
Even with all its productivity and creativity-enhancing features, the ThinkPad E14 Gen 6 laptop was designed with recycling front of mind. We used recycled post-consumer content (PCC) in various components, including an impressive 90% PCC recycled plastic used for the AC adaptor, 30% PCC for the speaker enclosure, and 25% PCC for the battery enclosure. Plus, the packaging is entirely devoid of plastic and is 100% recyclable — it’s even earned certification from the Forest Stewardship Council®, helping you make a responsible choice.

Security You Can Count On
Biometrics provides extra protection on the ThinkPad E14 Gen 6 laptop — from the fingerprint reader integrated with the power button to the facial recognition software that works with the IR camera to help you log in securely. Our robust suite of security solutions, ThinkShield, includes discrete Trusted Platform Module (dTPM) 2.0 that encrypts vital data. Plus, AI-enabled Intel® Threat Detection Technology proactively guards against menaces such as ransomware and cryptojacking. With ThinkPad, rest assured, that your security and asset protection are our utmost priority.

Specifications may vary depending upon region / model.

How to use

Turn on the laptop using the power button that also contains the fingerprint reader for quick biometric login. Connect to a Wi‑Fi 6E network for faster online access and sign in to Windows 11 Pro to configure work profiles and security settings. Use the TrackPad or TrackPoint for navigation; double-tap the TrackPoint nub to open the Quick Menu for adjusting audio-visual settings or launching the Dictation Toolbar for speech-to-text. Enable Eyesafe or touchscreen options as needed and adjust display and audio settings in Windows to suit your environment.

Recommendations

For best battery life while using AI features, keep firmware and drivers up to date, reduce screen brightness where possible, and use power-saving profiles when unplugged. Regularly back up important data and enable dTPM encryption and Windows security features to maintain device protection.
