Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Lenovo ThinkBook 16 G8 16" Intel Core 7 240H 16GB 512GB Intel Graphics Windows 11 Pro is a business-oriented laptop with a 16" WUXGA display (1920 x 1200). It combines an Intel Core 7 240H processor with 16 GB of DDR5 memory and a 512 GB SSD to provide responsive performance for multitasking, document work and light content creation. The system uses integrated Intel Graphics and ships with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled. The chassis in grey and a weight of 1.7 kg make it suitable for users who need a balance of screen area and portability.

Advantages

The device delivers fast storage and memory performance through its 512 GB SSD and 16 GB DDR5 RAM, reducing application load times and improving responsiveness. The 16" 1920 x 1200 display provides increased vertical space compared with traditional 16:9 screens, which is useful for spreadsheets and web content. Windows 11 Pro offers business-grade security and management features out of the box. At 1.7 kg and a compact build, the laptop is portable enough for frequent travel without sacrificing screen size.

  • Office productivity tasks (documents, spreadsheets, email)

  • Multitasking with multiple business applications and browser tabs
  • Light content editing and media playback

Use the SSD for the operating system and commonly used applications to benefit from faster boot and load times. For data organization, keep large archives on external drives or cloud storage if needed.
