Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Lenovo ThinkBook 16 G6 is a 16" productivity laptop designed for business and professional users who need a balance of performance and portability. It features a 16-inch WUXGA display with 1920 x 1200 resolution, an Intel Core i7-13700H processor, 16 GB of DDR5 memory and a 512 GB SSD. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics deliver responsive visuals for everyday applications and media playback, while Windows 11 Pro provides business-oriented security and management tools. The device has a compact, grey chassis and a stated weight of approximately 1.7 kg, making it suitable for mobile workflows.

Advantages

The combination of a high-performance Intel Core i7-13700H CPU and 16 GB of DDR5 RAM supports multitasking and demanding productivity tasks. The 512 GB SSD ensures fast system boot and application load times. The 16" WUXGA screen offers a taller 16:10 aspect ratio for increased vertical workspace compared with standard 16:9 panels. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics provide energy-efficient visual acceleration for office graphics, streaming and light content creation. Windows 11 Pro includes features for business use such as enhanced security and simplified device management.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking with multiple documents and browser tabs
  • Remote work and video conferencing
  • Light photo and video editing, content review and presentation preparation
  • Media playback and general web browsing
  • Mobile professionals who require a larger screen in a relatively lightweight chassis

How to use

Power on the laptop using the power button and follow the initial Windows 11 Pro setup to create user accounts and configure network settings. Use the preinstalled system tools to update drivers and Windows updates for optimal performance. Connect peripherals such as external monitors, keyboards or mice via available ports when additional screen space or input options are required. Store important files on the internal 512 GB SSD or connect external storage for backups. For regular use, keep the system on a stable surface with adequate ventilation to maintain thermal performance.

Recommendations

For sustained performance during intensive tasks, ensure the laptop is placed on a hard, flat surface and that power settings are configured for balanced or high performance when plugged in. Regularly install Windows updates and graphics driver updates to maintain compatibility and security. Use cloud or external backups to protect important data stored on the SSD.
