Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

HP ProBook 4 G1ah is a 16-inch clamshell laptop designed for everyday office work and business tasks. It is powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 220 processor with a base frequency of 3.2 GHz and integrated AMD Radeon 740M graphics. The laptop features a 16" WUXGA (1920 x 1200) IPS display, 24 GB of DDR5 RAM and a 512 GB SSD, and ships with Windows 11 Pro in a silver chassis weighing approximately 1.75 kg.

Advantages

The combination of an AMD Ryzen 5 220 processor, 24 GB DDR5 memory and a 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD provides responsive multitasking and fast storage access for day‑to‑day productivity. Built with a business‑oriented design and Windows 11 Pro, the notebook supports standard office, collaboration and remote‑work workflows while remaining compact at about 1.75 kg.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations

  • Light content viewing and media playback

How to use

Unpack the laptop, connect the included power adapter and power on the device to follow the Windows 11 Pro setup prompts. Use the built‑in display and keyboard for standard desktop tasks and connect to a network via Wi‑Fi or Ethernet where available. Store files on the internal 512 GB SSD for fast access and use the 24 GB DDR5 memory to run multiple applications simultaneously. For longer work sessions, keep the power adapter available to recharge the battery as needed.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep Windows 11 Pro and drivers up to date, use the SSD for primary file storage, and avoid running extensive GPU‑intensive workloads on integrated graphics. Regularly back up important data to external storage or cloud services.
