Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The DELL Pro 14 Premium PA14250 is a compact 14" laptop designed for professional use and mobile productivity. It features a 14-inch Full HD+ (1920 x 1200) display, Intel Core Ultra 7 268V processor, 32 GB LPDDR5x RAM and a 512 GB SSD. Graphics are provided by Intel Arc Graphics 140V for improved multimedia and visual tasks. Running Windows 11 Pro and weighing approximately 1.14 kg, the device combines portability, modern connectivity and performance suitable for business applications and everyday multitasking.

Advantages

The laptop offers a balance of processing power and mobility with the Intel Core Ultra 7 268V CPU and 32 GB of RAM, enabling smooth multitasking and responsive application performance. The 512 GB SSD provides fast storage access and quick system boot times. The 14" 1920 x 1200 display gives a clear Full HD+ image with an aspect ratio suitable for spreadsheets and documents. Built-in Intel Arc Graphics 140V enhances visual performance for media editing and playback compared with basic integrated solutions. A lightweight design (around 1.14 kg) and Windows 11 Pro ensure compatibility with business software, security features and remote work scenarios.

  • Office productivity and multitasking (word processing, spreadsheets, email)
  • Remote work and video conferencing
  • Content consumption and light multimedia editing
  • Travel and mobile professionals needing a lightweight device

How to use

Unpack the laptop and connect the included power adapter to charge the internal battery before first use. Complete the Windows 11 Pro setup process and install required drivers and updates via Windows Update to ensure optimal performance and compatibility. Use the built-in Windows tools to configure user accounts, security settings and backup options. For frequent travel, enable power-saving profiles and adjust display brightness to extend battery life. Connect external peripherals such as monitors, keyboards or docking stations as needed using the available ports or compatible adapters.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, keep the system updated, avoid running large numbers of background-intensive applications simultaneously, and maintain at least 15–20% free SSD capacity.
