Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Dell 14 Plus DB14250 is a 14" laptop with a 1920 x 1200 Full HD+ touchscreen and a slim, blue chassis. It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor, paired with 16 GB LPDDR5x memory and a 1 TB SSD to support responsive multitasking and fast file access. Graphics are handled by Intel Arc Graphics 140V, and the device ships with Windows 11 Pro. Weighing approximately 1.6 kg, the laptop is designed for portable office use, content consumption and everyday productivity.

Advantages

The combination of an Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor and 16 GB of memory delivers a balanced mix of performance for multiple office applications and browser tabs. A 1 TB SSD provides high-capacity, low-latency storage for large documents and media files. The 14" 1920 x 1200 touchscreen offers increased vertical workspace compared with standard 16:9 screens and supports touch interaction for faster navigation. Intel Arc Graphics 140V enables smoother visuals for streaming and light creative tasks. The device runs Windows 11 Pro, providing business-focused features and security options.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and document editing
  • Web browsing with multiple tabs and cloud applications
  • Media playback and video streaming
  • Mobile work and business travel
  • Light photo editing and content previewing

How to use

Unbox the laptop and connect the power adapter before the first startup to ensure the battery is adequately charged. Follow the Windows 11 Pro setup prompts to configure user accounts, regional settings and privacy options. Use the touchscreen or touchpad for navigation; when running demanding applications, monitor CPU and memory usage via Task Manager to keep performance balanced. Store large project files on the internal 1 TB SSD for fast access, and enable Windows Update to install the latest drivers and security patches.

Recommendations

For sustained performance during intensive multitasking, keep background apps to a minimum and use the built-in power settings to select a balanced or performance profile. Regularly back up important files from the SSD to cloud storage or external drives.
