We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.

The M5 family integrates a Neural Accelerator into every GPU core for up to 8x faster AI performance than the M1, with a 16-core Neural Engine, a third-generation ray-tracing engine and SSD storage up to twice as fast as before. Battery life is up to 24 hours, with fast charging to 50% in 30 minutes. Connectivity includes three Thunderbolt 5 ports (up to 120 Gbit/s), HDMI, MagSafe 3, an SDXC card slot and a headphone jack, plus Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 via the Apple N1 chip, and support for up to four external displays with the M5 Max. It has a 12 MP Center Stage camera with automatic framing and Desk View, a three studio-quality microphone array and a six-speaker system with 3D Audio and Dolby Atmos. The 100% recycled aluminium enclosure is exceptionally robust. It runs macOS Tahoe with Liquid Glass, Spotlight, Live Translation and Apple Intelligence, and supports Touch ID, Find My and FileVault.
