Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Apple MacBook Neo 13" in Blush is a compact clamshell laptop designed for everyday productivity and light creative work. Powered by the A18 Pro system-on-chip with a 6‑core CPU and 5‑core Apple GPU, it combines a 13‑inch (33 cm) Liquid Retina display at 2408×1506 resolution, 8 GB of unified memory and a 512 GB SSD. The laptop includes Touch ID for secure login, runs macOS Tahoe, and weighs approximately 1.23 kg, making it suitable for portable use, web browsing, media playback and basic content creation.

Advantages

The A18 Pro platform provides responsive performance for everyday apps while the integrated 5‑core GPU handles light graphics and video tasks. The high‑resolution Liquid Retina display reproduces up to one billion colours and offers bright, clear visuals for documents, photos and streaming. With 512 GB of SSD storage and 8 GB of unified memory, the device balances storage capacity and system responsiveness. Built‑in Touch ID simplifies authentication and macOS Tahoe delivers system‑level privacy and security features along with free software updates.

  • Mobile productivity: word processing, spreadsheets and email
  • Web browsing and streaming video
  • Light photo editing and content creation
  • Remote work, video calls and messaging
  • Students and everyday personal use

For optimal everyday performance, keep the system updated via Software Update and manage storage by using iCloud or external drives if you approach the 512 GB SSD capacity.
