How to use

Insert the LC connectors into compatible LC duplex ports ensuring proper alignment and secure latching. Bend the moulded boot by hand to set the desired angle for routing; the internal stainless-steel wire will hold the position. To disconnect, straighten the boot and remove the connector. Use standard fibre handling precautions to avoid contamination of end faces and to protect the cable from sharp bends beyond its designed range.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep connector end faces clean, use dust caps when not connected, avoid exceeding the manufacturer’s recommended bend radius except where the boot is intentionally formed, and store the cable without tight coils or kinks.
