Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Olympia laminator pouch pack contains 50 clear, high-transparency pouches sized for DIN A3 documents. Each pouch has a 125 micron thickness (total 125 µm per side specification by manufacturer) and is intended to protect photos, documents and other paper items from wear, moisture and handling while maintaining visual clarity.

Advantages

High transparency and colourless finish preserve original colours and details. The 125 micron thickness offers a balance of flexibility and durability suitable for everyday protection. Pack of 50 pouches provides a practical quantity for home, office or small business use.

Suitable for

  • DIN A3 photos and prints
  • Posters, certificates and presentation sheets
  • Menus, signs and frequently handled documents

Key specifications

  • Brand: Olympia
  • Model/MPN: 9175
  • EAN: 4030152091751
  • Format: DIN A3
  • Pack size: 50 pouches
  • Thickness: 125 micron

How to use

Place the document centrally inside a pouch and align edges. Feed the sealed edge first into a compatible laminator set to the temperature recommended for 125 micron pouches. Allow the laminated sheet to cool on a flat surface before handling to ensure proper adhesion and a smooth finish.

Recommendations

Use with laminators compatible with 125 micron (often referred to as 125 µm or 0.125 mm) pouches; check your laminator manual for temperature and speed settings. For best results, ensure documents are clean and flat before lamination and allow cooling time to avoid warping.
