Wiha 369R L-shaped hex key, metric, long arm 23.1 cm, short arm 5 cm, designed for inserting and removing hex screws in boreholes and hard-to-reach areas. The blade is made of chrome-vanadium steel, through-hardened and chrome-plated for corrosion resistance and durability. From size 3 mm the tool includes a MagicRing® made of spring steel to secure standard hex screws independently of screw material. The ball end allows working at angles up to 25°.

How to use

Choose the correct metric hex key end for the screw. Insert the short or long arm into the screw socket depending on space and leverage required. For deep or angled access, use the ball end to engage the screw up to a 25° angle. When using sizes from 3 mm, allow the MagicRing® to seat the screw head so it is held securely during positioning and turning. Apply steady torque without sudden jerks to avoid rounding the screw head.

Recommendations

Use the long arm for greater torque and the short arm for confined spaces. Inspect the hex key for wear before use, and avoid exceeding the tool’s intended torque to prevent damage to the fastener or tool.
