Wera 05133164001 950/9 Hex-Plus Multicolour 2 L-shaped hex key set, 9 pcs

The Wera 05133164001 is a high-quality metric L-shaped hex key set comprising nine tools stored in a practical clip made of wear-resistant material for secure, long-term retention and easy removal when needed. Hex-Plus geometry increases the contact surface with hexagonal socket screws to reduce notching and nearly eliminate screw head damage. A ball end on the long arm permits safe operation in difficult mounting positions. BlackLaser surface treatment enhances corrosion resistance and extends service life. Laser-etched, abrasion-resistant size markings allow quick identification of each key.

Advantages

Hex-Plus design minimises rounding and screw head damage by providing larger contact surfaces. The ball end enables angled insertion and work in restricted or awkward positions. Durable BlackLaser coating offers improved corrosion protection and wear resistance. The clip holder is made from wear-free material to keep keys securely organised while allowing easy removal when required. Laser-etched size markings are abrasion-resistant for long-lasting legibility.

Suitable for

• Assembly and disassembly of hex socket screws in machinery and equipment
• Maintenance and repair tasks requiring access in tight or angled positions
• Precision mechanical and technical work where screw head preservation is important
• Workshop, industrial and home use

How to use

Select the correct hex key size by reading the laser-etched marking on the tool, remove the key from the clip, insert the short or long arm into the hex socket as required, and apply torque using the L-shape for leverage. Use the ball end on the long arm to engage screws at an angle when straight access is not possible. After use, return the keys to the clip to maintain organisation and protect the tools.

Recommendations

Use the Hex-Plus keys to minimise damage to screw heads; avoid excessive torque beyond the screw or key rating. Store the set in the clip to preserve the laser markings and BlackLaser coating—clean and lightly lubricate if exposed to corrosive environments.
