How to use

Place the knee pad over the knee so the gel and foam cradle the kneecap and the semi-rigid cap faces outward. Slide the neoprene strap around the back of the leg and secure it using the easy-grasp tab; adjust the strap tension for a snug but comfortable fit. Check the fit before starting work and re-adjust as needed during use. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.
