How to use
Fit the required attachment into the multipurpose hub and lock it into place. Select the appropriate bowl (3 L or 4.8 L) and add ingredients, using the transparent pouring shield to prevent splashes. Start at a low speed to combine ingredients, then increase speed as needed for whisking, mixing or kneading. For doughs, use the flex edge beater to ensure even incorporation; the beater reduces the need to scrape the bowl manually. After use, switch off and unplug the mixer before removing attachments and washing the stainless steel bowl and accessories according to the manufacturer’s care instructions.
Recommendations
Use the 4.8 L bowl for larger batches and the 3 L bowl for smaller recipes to reduce cleaning. Choose the flex edge beater for sticky or soft doughs and consult the supplied cookbook for recipe ideas and attachment guidance.
