How to use

Insert the module into a compatible keystone opening of a patch panel, wall plate or surface-mount box until it snaps into place. Prepare the Cat.6 UTP cable by stripping the sheath to expose the conductor pairs and arrange the wires according to the appropriate wiring standard. Terminate each conductor into the LSA contacts following the module's wire guide; the tool-free mechanism secures the conductors without separate punching tools. Plug an RJ‑45 connector from the network device or patch cable into the front RJ‑45 receptacle to establish the link.

Recommendations

Use with Cat.6 UTP solid conductors of 22–24 AWG and ensure consistent wiring standard across the link. Avoid excessive cable bending near the termination point to preserve signal integrity. For installations in demanding environments or where shielded cabling is required, choose a module and cabling that match those shielding requirements.
