Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The HP USB Business Slim Keyboard is a full-size wired keyboard designed for office and business environments. It offers a straight, familiar layout and USB connectivity with a 1.8 m cable to connect easily to desktop PCs and workstations. The slim black design blends with professional setups and provides reliable typing performance for daily tasks.

Advantages

The keyboard provides a full-size (100%) layout optimized for efficient data entry and comfortable typing. USB connectivity ensures plug-and-play setup with most computers, and the 1.8 m cable length gives flexibility in desk placement. Its slim, understated black design suits typical office aesthetics and its construction is intended for regular business use.

Suitable for

  • Office workstations and corporate desktops
  • Data entry and administrative tasks
  • Home offices requiring a wired, reliable keyboard

When it may not be suitable

This wired keyboard is not ideal when a wireless or compact portable solution is required, such as for frequent travel or minimalist laptop-only setups. It may also be unsuitable for users who need integrated pointing devices or an ergonomic split design.

Key specifications

  • Device interface: USB
  • Form factor: Full-size (100%)
  • Cable length: 1.8 m
  • Colour: Black
  • Weight: 0.8 kg

How to use

Connect the keyboard to an available USB port on your computer. The device is plug-and-play with common operating systems; allow the system to recognize and install any necessary drivers automatically. Position the keyboard on a flat surface at a comfortable typing height and route the cable to avoid strain or interference.

What to consider before purchase

  • Need for a wired USB connection versus wireless connectivity
  • Requirement for a full-size layout rather than compact or ergonomic keyboards
  • Desk space and cable routing for a 1.8 m cord

Recommendations

For stable, uninterrupted typing in office environments, use the HP USB Business Slim Keyboard with desktop PCs and workstations that have available USB ports. Keep the cable clear of desk edges and moving parts to prolong the product life.

“Everyone wants a quieter keyboard now. Up until a year ago it may have been “cool” to sport an RGB mechanical keyboard at home, and to geek out on what kind of Cherry switch you preferred.”
