How to use

Attach the 2.4 GHz USB receiver to your computer or pair the device via Bluetooth (3.0/LE). Place your fingers on the 40 mm trackball and manipulate the ball to move the cursor; use the scroll ring to scroll vertically through pages. Adjust DPI using the device controls or KensingtonWorks software for preferred cursor speed, and assign functions to the two buttons through the downloadable software if required. The detachable wrist rest can be fitted for ergonomic support.

Recommendations

For precise editing, set DPI to a lower level (400); for general navigation or text work, choose a higher DPI (1,200–1,600). Use the detachable wrist rest to maintain a neutral wrist posture and reduce strain during extended use. Keep the trackball surface clean for optimal optical tracking.
