K2 Systems End Clamp Set for 30-31 mm Module Frames (1005345)

For solar installers who need a reliable, code-compliant end clamp without the bulk or complexity of universal solutions, the K2 Systems End Clamp Set 1005345 delivers a purpose-built hold for 30–31 mm module frames. Unlike generic beam clamps that often require additional adapters or shims, this set includes a precision-machined aluminium clamp, an M8 stainless steel hex socket screw, and a K2 Click Nut—everything needed to secure the outermost modules on a rail in one package. The clamp’s geometry is matched exactly to the frame height range, so it seats squarely on the module flange and applies even pressure without deforming the frame or compromising the laminate edge.

Highlights

• Compatible with 30–31 mm module frame heights—no shims or adapters needed
• Complete set: 1 end clamp, 1 M8 hex socket screw, 1 K2 Click Nut
• Clamp body made from EN AW-6063 T66 aluminium for high strength and corrosion resistance
• Stainless steel A2 (AISI 304) screw and nut resist rust in outdoor environments
• Designed for K2 mounting rails such as SolidRail and CrossRail
• TÜV certified as part of K2 system components

In daily use

On the roof, the K2 End Clamp Set saves time because the Click Nut slides into the rail channel and stays in position while you align the clamp and drive the screw. The hex socket head accepts a standard 6 mm Allen key, and the screw length is tuned so you can achieve the required torque without bottoming out. Because the clamp is made from the same aluminium alloy as many rail profiles, there is minimal risk of galvanic corrosion between the clamp and rail. The silver anodised finish blends with most silver-framed modules, keeping the array looking uniform.

Final note

When you choose the K2 1005345, you’re not just buying a clamp—you’re buying the assurance that the end modules are held with the same engineering quality as the rest of the K2 mounting system. It’s a small part that makes a big difference in long-term array stability.
