Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The JBL QUANTUM 360 is a wireless gaming headset designed to deliver immersive audio and comfortable wear for extended sessions. Featuring Bluetooth connectivity and a USB Type-C interface, it supports dual wireless operation and a wide frequency response to reproduce both subtle in-game cues and powerful effects. The headset is circumaural with a head-band wearing style, weighs approximately 255 g and comes in a sleek black finish suitable for contemporary gaming setups.

Advantages

The headset offers lossless 2.4 GHz wireless for low-latency gameplay alongside standard Bluetooth compatibility for mobile devices, enabling flexible connections without frequent audio drops. JBL’s QuantumSURROUND sound signature driven by 40 mm drivers provides detailed spatial audio, while breathable fabric ear cushions with memory foam and a lightweight headband ensure comfort during long sessions. The detachable directional boom microphone provides clear voice capture for team communication, and the USB Type-C interface supports convenient charging and wired connectivity when needed.

Suitable for

  • Competitive and casual gaming on PC and consoles
  • Wireless play with smartphones and tablets via Bluetooth
  • Long multiplayer sessions where comfort and clear voice chat are important
  • Users who need a compact, lightweight headset for travel or LAN events

Key specifications

  • Connectivity: Wireless (lossless 2.4 GHz) and Bluetooth
  • Interface: USB Type-C (charging and possible wired use)
  • Drivers: 40 mm dynamic drivers
  • Frequency response: 20 – 20,000 Hz
  • Ear coupling: Circumaural (over-ear)
  • Wearing style: Head-band
  • Weight: Approximately 0.255 kg
  • Color: Black

How to use

Charge the headset using the supplied USB Type-C cable until the battery indicator shows full charge. Select the 2.4 GHz wireless dongle for low-latency PC or console play, or pair the headset with a Bluetooth-enabled device for mobile audio. Attach the detachable boom microphone for voice chat and position it near the mouth for optimal clarity. Adjust the headband and ear cushions for a secure and comfortable fit before use. Use the onboard controls to manage volume, mute the microphone, and switch between wireless modes.

Recommendations

For competitive gaming, use the lossless 2.4 GHz connection to minimize latency and enable QuantumSURROUND sound for precise spatial awareness. For mobile use or casual listening, connect via Bluetooth. Keep the ear cushions and headband clean and allow them to air dry if exposed to sweat. Charge the headset regularly and avoid letting the battery fully deplete for prolonged battery health.

10/10

Verdict: 5/5 We're big fans of the JBL Quantum 360, from its name and black-on-green design, both of which reminds us of an earlier Xbox console, to its sound quality and features. The headset successfully combines comfort with practicality and we're struggling...
