How to use

Plug the Link 400a into an available USB-A port on your laptop. Press the large pairing button to initiate one-touch pairing with a compatible Jabra Engage headset. Monitor the colour-coded LED to confirm connection status: blue for connected, green for on a call and red for muted; Microsoft Teams variant will display purple when connected and pulse purple for Teams notifications. Use Jabra Xpress or Jabra Direct to install firmware updates and manage device settings.
