We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

How to use

Put the headset on with the headband resting comfortably on the top of your head and adjust the earcups for a snug seal to maximize ANC and sound isolation. Use the hidden boom arm for calls — extend it when making calls and tuck it away when not needed. Connect via Bluetooth for wireless use or plug the 1.2 m cable for a wired connection. The busylight activates automatically during calls or meetings, or can be turned on manually using the dedicated button. Charge the headset using the supplied charger or use the optional charging stand to keep it ready between uses.

Recommendations

For best call clarity, position the boom arm close to your mouth and ensure the ear cushions form a complete seal around your ears.
