We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

Advantages

ColorVu technology and an F1.0 super-aperture provide brighter, more detailed color images in low-light conditions without relying on infrared. The motorized varifocal 2.8–12 mm lens enables on-site or remote adjustment of the horizontal viewing angle (approx. 105.4°–56.4°) for flexible field-of-view setup. How to use

Install the dome camera on a stable ceiling or wall bracket using the manufacturer’s mounting template and fasteners. Connect the camera to a power source and to a network switch or PoE-enabled port via Ethernet cable. Use the camera’s web interface or supported VMS/NVR to perform motorized zoom and focus adjustments, set exposure and ColorVu parameters for night-time color imaging, and configure motion detection and recording schedules.

Recommendations

For optimal ColorVu performance, mount the camera where it has an unobstructed view of the monitored area and avoid installing behind glass or reflective surfaces. Use a PoE switch for simplified power and data cabling, and configure sensitivity and detection zones to reduce false alarms.
