How to use

Mount the camera on a suitable ceiling surface and connect it to a PoE-capable network switch, injector or the eufy PoE NVR S4 using a single Ethernet cable to provide data and power. Add the camera to your eufy S4 NVR according to the recorder’s setup instructions. Configure detection settings in the NVR or companion app to specify people, pet, and vehicle alerts. Optionally enable the spotlight, HDR and warning lights/siren for clearer night images and active deterrence. For two-way communication, use the app to speak through the camera while the NVR or network handles audio streaming.

Recommendations

Use with an eufy PoE NVR S4 or a compatible PoE switch/injector and ensure the NVR firmware is up to date. Place the camera at a height and angle that maximises the 122° field of view for the area you want to cover, and adjust detection sensitivity to reduce false alarms. The camera requires PoE power and is not a standalone device without an eufy S4 NVR or compatible PoE recorder/switch.
