The ABUS TVIP44511 is a compact 4 MP PoE dome camera for indoor and outdoor surveillance. It records at 2688 x 1520 pixels and provides a wide field of view with a 2.8 mm fixed focal length and a horizontal angle of approximately 103°. The camera supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simplified installation, a CMOS sensor for clear images, WDR (120 dB) for challenging lighting conditions and infrared LEDs for night-time visibility. It is designed for wall mounting and can be accessed from a PC/browser, recorder or via the ABUS Link Station mobile app.

How to use

Mount the mini dome camera on a suitable wall or eave and connect it to a PoE-capable switch, router or recorder using a single Ethernet cable to provide power and network access. Access the camera’s web interface from a PC or use the ABUS IP Installer to view the live image and complete initial configuration such as date/time, network settings, privacy zones and recording schedules. For mobile access, install the ABUS Link Station app and pair the device; the Lite app allows limited monthly streaming while the Pro version provides unlimited access.

Recommendations

For optimal results install the camera at a height and angle that minimise direct sunlight in the field of view and avoid obstructions.
