This 1.75mm diameter filament offers exceptional strength, heat resistance, and flame retardancy, making it ideal for aerospace, automotive, medical, and prototyping uses. The 0.5kg spool is vacuum sealed with desiccant to ensure optimal printing quality.

Advantages

ULTEM 9085 provides outstanding mechanical properties, including high tensile strength (85 MPa yield) and excellent chemical resistance. It has a glass transition temperature of 186°C and a heat deflection temperature of 177°C, enabling parts to withstand extreme environments. The material is UL94 V-0 rated for flame retardancy and offers good UV resistance.

Recommendations
