How to use

Connect the DP/USB/Audio/Mic cable set to the DisplayPort-equipped computer and the USB Type-C/Audio/Mic combo cable to the USB-C computer (ensure the USB-C device supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode). Connect your keyboard, mouse and monitor to the console ports on the KVM switch. Use the wired quick-switch button on the console to toggle control between the two connected systems. If using advanced keyboard or mouse features, connect those devices via the designated console USB hub ports to ensure full driver support. For connecting USB storage or other USB 2.0 peripherals, plug them into the available USB hub ports.

Recommendations

Designed for office and home office environments and for monitoring tasks. This KVM switch is not suitable for gaming setups requiring programmable special keys or for monitors operating at 120 Hz or higher. Hotkey switching from keyboards only works when the keyboard is connected to the designated console USB port; hotkey control is not available through the hub ports.
