The InLine Installation cab. Cat.7a PiMF 4x2x0.58 AWG23 1200MHz LSZH 500m is a Cat.7a installation cable supplied on a drum box for convenient length reference and easy handling on site. The cable is manufactured as S-FTP (pairs in metal foil plus overall braid) with full copper conductors, an orange halogen-free (LSZH) jacket and meter-printing along the sheath. It supports transmission up to 1200 MHz and is intended for structured cabling and high-performance network installations. The drum box packaging uses a plastic roller fixed in a cardboard box to allow simple unwinding and protection during transport and storage.

How to use

Unpack the drum box or cable drum and position it so the cable can unwind freely from the plastic roller. Pull the required length and cut the cable following standard installation practices. Terminate the cable with appropriate Cat.7a compatible connectors and follow shield termination procedures to maintain S-FTP performance. Observe the printed meter markings for accurate measurement during installation and avoid sharp bends or crushing to protect the shielding and conductor integrity.

Recommendations

Install within the recommended temperature range and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or aggressive chemicals. For runs longer than standard horizontal cabling, verify link performance and grounding of overall braid shielding. Choose the drum box packaging for smaller quantities (50 m, 100 m, 300 m) to simplify handling; 500 m length is supplied on a cable drum.
