How to use

Connect the M12 X-coded connector to the industrial device’s M12 8-pin socket and plug the RJ45 end into the corresponding network port or switch. Ensure connectors are seated firmly to maintain a secure electrical and mechanical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges and excessive bending; secure with cable ties or clips as needed. Verify network settings and perform a link test after installation to confirm data transmission.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, avoid repeated sharp bending near the connectors, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources if possible, and inspect the jacket and connectors periodically for wear. Replace the cable if the PUR jacket is visibly damaged.
