How to use

Install each rubber buffer between the fan mounting hole and the chassis or fan bracket. Push the buffer through the fan hole so that the rubber section sits between the fan and mounting surface, and secure the fan using the corresponding mounting screws or pins as usual. Ensure the buffer is properly seated and not pinched to allow effective vibration dampening.

Recommendations

For best results, use one buffer per mounting point on each fan. Inspect buffers periodically and replace them if they show signs of cracking or deformation. These decouplers are intended for mechanical vibration isolation and are not electrical insulators.
